Pure&Clean currently does not have a product specifically labeled for use as a food cleanser or sanitizer; this would be considered off-label use. The FDA & USDA have approved the use of HOCl solutions around 50-60 ppm concentrations as a produce and meat wash.
Use Pure&Clean to combat viruses, bacteria, and fungi. The solution works while it's wet; once it is dry, it's finished for that application.
