There isn't a requirement to dilute, but the 525 ppm concentration is stronger than is needed for efficacy against most, if not all, contaminating organisms. If the customer is willing to dilute, purchasing the higher concentration is more cost effective. Our ready-to-use Surface Cleanser contains 200 ppm Hypochlorous Acid.
The dilution ratio depends on the desired strength. For half strength dilute 1:1, Surface Cleanser Pro 525 to distilled water. For one-quarter strength dilute 1:3, Surface Cleanser Pro 525 to distilled water.
