Great question! EPA registered products calling themselves disinfectant or sanitizer are technically pesticides because they kill organisms. Every state requires that pesticides be registered in the state if a company wishes to legally ship there. Each state, of course, charges a recurring registration fee. The past or potential future sales shipping to the state must justify the registration fee. We are willing to evaluate prospective sales and registration requirements as requested.
