Disinfection claims are associated with Pure&Clean Disinfectant labeled product which is registered with the EPA. State licensing, including fees, is required for EPA registered products in each state they might ship to. Included in THIS BOOKLET is a list of organisms the EPA registered product has been tested and found to be effective against.
Products labeled Surface Cleanser are not EPA registered and are available to be shipped to all states.

Additionally, the Surface Cleanser at 200 ppm is a higher concentration than many HOCl products that are EPA registered disinfectants. The Pure&Clean Surface Cleanser PRO 525 ppm is a higher concentration than the Disinfectant/Sanitizer, 460 ppm. However, the Surface Cleanser labels do not carry the EPA registered claims and are not labeled as a disinfectant, therefore, it can be shipped to all 50 states.
