Can I dilute this product and use it as a skin product? What and how do I dilute it? Distilled? Tap water? What ratio? Thanks!

Surface Cleanser products are not labeled for use on the skin. We have specific products for use on intact skin that are listed with the FDA as medical devices. They are shipped ready-to-use as packaged. We do not recommend any dilution of a product labeled for use on the skin.
